2. Agreement
Read this offer, the user agreement, privacy policy and refund rules before purchase. A separate acceptance checkbox, an order and full payment form the agreement. The order records the package, amount, currency, identifier, time and versioned offer URL. Advertising consent is separate.

4. Payment and accounting
Website payments use YooKassa in RUB; digital purchases within Telegram use Stars through @AcademyII_bot. The provider must confirm payment against the order before crediting. Duplicate notifications must not credit twice. Stars prices do not establish a RUB exchange rate or guarantee a RUB discount. Check the final amount and currency before paying. Prices for completed orders do not change. Each AI request reserves a budget; confirmed usage is charged and unused reserves are released. Pending confirmation can keep a reservation visible until reconciliation. Only one paid AI request per account runs at a time. Shorten a request or top up if the available amount cannot cover its budget. Report incorrect debits or missing credits to support; do not pay twice to fix a delay.
5. Receipts and technical requirements
For monetary receipts subject to professional income tax, the provider manually prepares a My Tax receipt and ensures delivery within the applicable statutory period. Automatic YooKassa fiscalization is not used in this mode. The verified sign-in phone number is used for manual receipt delivery by SMS, WhatsApp, or another channel agreed for that number; delivery remains the provider’s obligation. Telegram supplies Stars transaction confirmations. The provider handles documentation and tax obligations without assuming an exchange rate of one Star to one RUB. Use a current browser and internet connection; voice requires microphone permission. Text files, text-layer PDFs and DOCX/XLSX/PPTX are supported for extraction. Scans, images and unreadable attachments require supplied text. Limits: 10 MB per file, 100 MB per project, 300,000 extracted characters, 60,000 characters across an assignment’s review attachments. Video is included only where an actual video is provided.
6. Withdrawal, responsibility and changes
Consumers may withdraw at any time, subject to applicable law, actual services and documented expenses related to performance. Opening materials or crediting tokens alone does not mean the whole package was consumed. There is no blanket non-refundable fee. See refund rules. AI can make mistakes; employment, income and business outcomes are not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights and provider liability remain unaffected. Updates cannot retroactively worsen paid orders; discontinuation of paid services requires resolution of the unused portion. New offer versions are published separately.
