Data, purposes and grounds
Phone numbers, account IDs and session details support sign-in and contractual services. Drafts, submissions, progress, reviews, dialogue text and uploaded material support requested practice and AI functions. Voice audio and transcripts are processed when voice is used. Orders, payment IDs, amounts, currency, status, balances and debit records support payment, receipts, refunds and required record keeping; Stars processing also uses the payer’s Telegram ID. Voluntarily supplied email and support messages support communication. IP addresses, browser details and necessary cookies support security. Contract performance and legal duties provide relevant grounds; separate consent is used where required. Advertising requires separate prior consent, not mere purchase or acceptance of the offer.
Processing and recipients
Processing includes collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, necessary disclosure to processors, blocking, deletion and destruction, with automated or mixed means. Full card details and CVV are entered at the payment provider and are not requested by Practice Lab. Order details go to YooKassa or Telegram as chosen. AI requests, relevant context, selected source excerpts and voice audio may go to external AI providers including OpenAI. Connected message-delivery services send sign-in codes. Technical processors receive only necessary access. This policy does not authorize public disclosure. Ask the operator for the current processor list and processing locations. Do not submit sensitive data or other people’s data without lawful grounds.
Location and cross-border processing
Russian localization requirements apply to the relevant processing of Russian citizens’ data. Using a foreign service does not remove those obligations. Transfers to foreign AI or other recipients require a lawful basis and fulfilment of applicable cross-border requirements; accepting the offer does not replace the operator’s duties. You may request information about storage locations, recipients and transfers. Processing without the required lawful conditions must not proceed.
Retention and rights
Account, practice and transaction data are used during service provision and related claim handling. When the purpose or basis ends, data are deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required by contract or law. Required tax and other transaction records follow statutory periods; this does not justify unlimited retention of all dialogues. The operator limits access and applies appropriate protective measures. Request information, correction, blocking, deletion or consent withdrawal by email or legal correspondence. Identity verification may be needed without requesting payment secrets. Withdrawal does not remove other lawful grounds; the operator explains any effect on the service. Rights before the competent authority and courts remain available.
