When consent applies
This text describes a separate consent where consent is the processing basis. Publication, browsing, silence or acceptance of the offer alone is not consent. It excludes advertising, public dissemination and biometric identity recognition.
Consent text
I am an adult and consent to Alexander Alekseevich Levchenko (Левченко Александр Алексеевич), an individual applying the Russian professional income tax regime (self-employed), tax ID 614207613902. Legal correspondence: 344002, Russia, Rostov-on-Don, ul. Borisa Slyusarya, d. 23, str. 2, kv. 11. processing my supplied contacts, account identifier, requests, dialogues, work and selected files, plus audio and transcripts when I use voice, for the requested AI function and support. Permitted actions are collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, necessary processor disclosure, blocking, deletion and destruction using automated or mixed means. Recipients and conditions are described in privacy policy version 1.1. Foreign transfers still require fulfilment of the applicable legal requirements.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until its purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn. Send withdrawal to support@ai-academys.online. Processing based on withdrawn consent ends within applicable deadlines; processing with an independent lawful basis may continue as necessary.
